At HiddenWord Clothing, we are committed to crafting Christian apparel with purpose and care, rooted in grace and integrity. We want you to love your purchase and stand behind its quality. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Eligibility:

  • No returns/exchanges for final sale items, custom orders, or clearance items.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a refund or exchange with free shipping.

  • For returns due to ordering the wrong size or change of heart, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for replacement items.

• Process:

  • Email returns@hiddenwordclothing.com with your order number and item details to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • Refunds issued for eligible returns that include an RA#.

  • Returns without an RA# may not be accepted.

  • Local pick-up orders can be exchanged in person at the original pick-up location.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way.

Shipping times for U.S. orders will typically be within a week or so depending on the destination. We'll keep you updated on the status of your order and do our best to get it to you as efficiently as possible.
